1. Who we are
Umemyi is the trading name of Atlas Compliance Management ("Umemyi," "we," "us"). We offer one-to-one coaching and guidance sessions, booked online and delivered over video. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
2. What Umemyi is — and isn't
Umemyi provides coaching and guidance. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact a licensed provider or a crisis line right away. Umemyi is not an emergency service. You stay responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Nothing said in a session is a promise of any specific outcome.
3. Booking and sessions
Sessions are booked through our scheduling pages and held over Google Meet. A video link is sent after you book. Please arrive on time; sessions run for the length booked and may end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start.
4. Fees and payment
Current sessions and fees:
• The One Step — 45 minutes — $90
• The Core Hour — 60 minutes — $150
• The Cross Path — three 75-minute sessions — $400
Payment is due at the time of booking. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but a booked and paid session holds the price you paid.
5. Your first session is risk-free
If your first session gives you nothing true, you owe nothing. Ask for a full refund within 7 days of that session — no explanation needed — and we will return the fee.
6. Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to move a session, reach out at contact@umemyi.com and we will find another time where we can.
7. Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays private. We will not sell it or pass it on, except where the law requires disclosure or where there is a real risk of serious harm to you or someone else.
8. Intellectual property
Any frameworks, writing, or materials shared with you remain the property of Umemyi. They are for your personal use and may not be resold or republished without permission.
9. Limits of liability
Sessions are provided "as is," without guarantees of any particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date above, is the one that applies.
