Umemyi is the trading name of Atlas Compliance Management. We collect only what we need to book you, meet with you, and take payment. We don't sell your data. This page explains what we hold and why.
Contact details — your name, email, and any phone number you give when you book a session or write to us.
Scheduling details — the session you book and the time, handled through Google Calendar.
Session context — anything you choose to share before or during a session, and any notes we keep to serve you well.
Payment details — card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that you paid, but we do not see or store your full card number.
To schedule, confirm, and hold your sessions.
To take payment and issue any refund.
To reply to you and send session-related email.
To keep our own records and improve how we work.
We rely on a few trusted services to run Umemyi. Each has its own privacy terms:
Google — Calendar, Meet, and email (booking, video sessions, and correspondence).
Stripe — card payments and refunds.
LinkedIn and Fiverr — if you reach us through those platforms, your message there is governed by their policies as well.
umemyi.com is a simple static site. It does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics on you.
We keep your details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@umemyi.com and we will take care of it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe under its own security standards. No system is perfect, but we treat what you share with care.
Umemyi sessions are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
