What is Umemyi?
Private and confidential one-to-one guidance for strong, capable people who have come to the end of strength — where everything looks fine but is quietly coming apart.
Is this therapy?
No. Umemyi is coaching and guidance — not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you're in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, reach a licensed provider or a crisis line first. This isn't an emergency service.
Who is it for?
Mostly founders, owner-operators, and executives — people who have built something and carried others, and who now sense a fracture underneath a capable life. A hard decision, a transition, a weight they can't name. It's for those who want truth over comfort. It isn't for someone looking for reassurance, a quick fix, or clinical care.
What happens in a session?
We slow down and look at what's actually there. I stand with you at your own mirror and won't let you look away. When you reach the edge of a change you can't make alone, I stay with you across it. No program, no script — just the real thing you're facing.
What are the sessions and prices?
• The Fit Call — 30 minutes, free. A call to see if we're a good fit for each other. No pitch, no program.
• The One Step — 45 minutes, $90. One honest step through a single thing.
• The Core Hour — 60 minutes, $150. The core session.
• The Cross Path — three 75-minute sessions, $525. A passage to the threshold of your change, and across it.
For ongoing work there are monthly memberships from $260 to $900 — 2 to 8 hours a month, booked flexibly. See the membership section on the home page.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your session — use the link in your booking confirmation, or email us. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show, the session counts as delivered. For members, it draws down that month's hours. If something serious comes up, tell us — we use judgment.
How do I book?
Pick a session and a time on the home page. You'll get a Google Meet link after booking.
How does payment work?
You pay when you book, by card, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
What if the session isn't for me?
Your first session is risk-free. If it gives you nothing true, you owe nothing — ask within 7 days and we return the fee, no explanation needed.
Is what I share private?
Yes. What you bring to a session stays between us, except where the law requires disclosure or there's a real risk of serious harm. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Where are sessions held?
Over Google Meet, by video. You can join from anywhere with a quiet space and a connection.
